Terms & conditions
This website (Buy Maxilin UK, www.buymaxilin.co.uk) is owned and operated by Maxilin UK Ltd, Company No: NI631913. The geographical business and correspondence address has not yet been supplied. Contact: Email us or +44 7414699290. Hours: 24/7 — online business.
Please read these terms before making an enquiry. They cover this website and the proposed terms of a consumer order subsequently agreed with the trader. A complete trader identity, geographical address and all mandatory pre-contract information must be provided before any order is accepted. Nothing here removes your statutory consumer rights.
1. Enquiries and order formation
Selecting a pack, clicking “Enquire to order” or sending the form does not place a binding order, reserve stock or create an obligation to pay. No card details or payments are collected here. The team will confirm the product, flavour, quantity, stock availability, complete price, delivery arrangements, trader information and payment method directly. A contract forms only when the trader expressly accepts your order on the agreed terms. Keep that written confirmation.
You must be at least 18 to enter a purchase contract, or have an adult place the order. The trader can decline an enquiry where a product is unavailable or a sale cannot lawfully be completed. If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, you will be offered an appropriate refund rather than an unagreed substitute.
2. Product descriptions and prices
Displayed product prices are in pounds sterling. Maxilin is sold only in boxes of 50 sachets, at £150 per box. Three boxes cost £450 and six boxes £900. These bundles do not include a per-sachet discount. PV is a supplier points measure, not a cash saving, investment or promised return. Any taxes due and delivery charges must be included in the final total confirmed before you commit.
Photographs show supplied packaging, predominantly vanilla. Packaging and flavour availability can vary. Ingredient, allergen, serving and expiry information on the current product label takes precedence over general website descriptions, without limiting your rights where goods do not match their contractual description. If a pricing or description error is identified before acceptance, we will explain it and ask whether you wish to proceed.
3. Payment
Available payment methods and payment timing are confirmed with your order. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal logos are displayed for reference; they do not establish acceptance, affiliation, verification or endorsement. Do not send full card numbers, security codes or banking passwords by email or through the form. You must be told the payment provider and any relevant terms before making payment.
4. UK delivery
Standard UK delivery is £5.95, or free where the product order value exceeds £50. An order totalling exactly £50 does not qualify. Express delivery is £9.95, including orders above the free-standard-delivery threshold. Standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days after dispatch and express at 1–2 business days; these are estimates unless a specific delivery date is expressly agreed.
Dispatch timing, postcode restrictions and any exceptional costs must be confirmed before acceptance. The trader remains responsible for goods until they come into your physical possession or that of a person you identify, except where you independently commission a carrier not offered by the trader. Unless another period is agreed, delivery must take place without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract. If an essential agreed deadline is missed, or a reasonable additional period fails where applicable, you may have a right to end the contract and receive a refund.
5. Your 14-day cancellation right
For an eligible distance sale, you may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days beginning the day after you, or your nominated recipient, receive the goods. For an order delivered in separate parts, the relevant period generally begins after the final goods arrive. Tell us by email, phone or another clear statement before the cancellation period expires. A form is not compulsory.
After notifying cancellation, send eligible goods back within 14 days. Ask for the confirmed returns address; do not post items to an unconfirmed address. You normally pay the direct return postage for a change-of-mind cancellation, unless agreed otherwise. The trader pays reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods. Keep proof of postage.
A lawful health or hygiene exception may apply only to goods genuinely unsuitable for return for those reasons that were supplied sealed and become unsealed after delivery. It does not remove rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods. Do not assume that opening an outer shipping carton alone removes the cancellation right.
6. Cancellation refunds
For a valid cancellation, the trader refunds the product price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered, but not the extra amount you chose for express delivery. Refunds are made using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. They are due within 14 days of receiving returned goods or evidence that they were sent back, whichever is earlier. A lawful deduction may apply for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning.
7. Additional 30-day satisfaction guarantee
In addition to statutory rights, contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery if you are dissatisfied. Provide your order reference and request the satisfaction guarantee; no medical explanation is required. This guarantee applies to opened and unopened product. We will provide return instructions for any remaining product and refund the full product price plus standard outbound delivery once the return is received or evidence of return is supplied. You pay return postage unless goods are faulty; the additional express-delivery premium is not refunded under this voluntary guarantee.
If no product remains, contact us within the same period so we can verify the purchase and process the guarantee without a physical return. Approved guarantee refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return, evidence of return, or purchase verification where no product remains. This guarantee does not restrict any more favourable statutory remedy.
8. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods
Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for any purpose made known and agreed, and match their description. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you normally have a short-term right to reject non-conforming goods within 30 days, subject to the rules for perishable goods where applicable. Further repair, replacement, price reduction or rejection rights may follow. Report damage or a problem promptly; photographs can help but are not a condition of statutory rights.
9. Responsible supplement information
The website does not provide medical advice. Food supplements do not replace a varied diet or healthy lifestyle and are not medicines. Follow the current label and seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional if you take medication or have a medical condition. The supplied guidance advises against use during pregnancy or breastfeeding and excludes children under three. Seek professional advice for use by any child.
Supplier artwork, historical accounts and research links do not establish current product certification, clinical efficacy or suitability during antibiotic treatment. No energy, sleep, appetite, detoxification, disease or guaranteed outcome claim is made.
10. Copyright, use and liability
Website design and original text are protected by copyright. Maxilin, EnergyMax Group, payment-brand names and supplied artwork remain the property of their respective rights holders; no third-party endorsement is implied. You may read, save or print information for personal use. Commercial reproduction requires permission from the relevant rights holder. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access or submit unlawful material.
The trader is responsible for foreseeable loss caused by breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill, as required by law. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, product liability or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are for consumers, not business purchases.
11. Complaints and applicable law
Contact us using the details above with your order reference and the resolution sought. We aim to acknowledge enquiries within one working day; complex complaints may take longer and we will keep you informed. If a complaint remains unresolved, the trader will provide any alternative dispute resolution information required by law and state whether it is obliged or willing to participate.
English law applies, but consumers living elsewhere in the UK retain mandatory protections and can bring proceedings in the courts available in their home jurisdiction, including Scotland or Northern Ireland where applicable. These terms do not restrict that right.
12. Model cancellation notice
To the trader named above, using its confirmed email or geographical address:
“I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for the sale of the following goods: [description]. Ordered on/received on: [date]. Order reference: [reference]. Consumer name: [name]. Consumer address: [address]. Date: [date]. Signature: [only if sent on paper].”
